Moving into a new Arjan apartment rarely ends when the van leaves. Flattened boxes, bubble wrap, foam corner guards and the furniture that no longer fits the layout quickly take over the spare room or balcony. We collect all of it in one visit, and cardboard and plastic packaging are sent for recycling whenever possible, so your first weeks in the flat feel less like a warehouse. Old light fixtures, curtain rails and spare shelving you have replaced can go in the same trip as well.
Because so many buildings in Arjan are relatively new, lifts, lobbies and corridors are usually in good condition, and residents rightly want them kept that way. Our crew wraps larger pieces and takes care through doorways and lifts. We still recommend checking with your building management about moving hours or lift bookings, as each building sets its own arrangements. If your building has a loading area or a back entrance for deliveries, tell us, because that route is often the quickest way to the truck.
Arjan also has plenty of investors and landlords with units that need clearing between tenants. If a previous occupant left a sofa, a broken bed frame or a cupboard full of odds and ends, we can clear the unit while you are elsewhere, as long as someone arranges access. Photos of each room are enough for us to give a clear price. For larger portfolios, we can schedule several units on the same day once the photos are in and the price for each unit has been agreed.
