Villas in Jumeirah Village Triangle usually come with a garden, a driveway and at least one room that has quietly become storage. When owners or tenants finally tackle it, the pile tends to include gym equipment, trampolines, old wardrobes, curtains, boxes of paperwork and things nobody remembers buying. We sort it with you on the spot, load the truck and take it all in one trip. Anything you are unsure about can be set aside, and we will only load the items you clearly approve before we leave.
JVT is organised into clusters with their own internal roads, so we ask for your cluster and villa number when you book. That lets us work out where the truck can park without blocking neighbours, and how far we will be carrying heavy pieces. If your villa backs onto a narrow lane or has a tight side passage, mention it and we will plan around it. Some villas also have a back gate onto a service lane, and that route can save a long carry through the house itself.
Many JVT jobs are triggered by a lease ending or an owner refreshing the interior. Landlords preparing a villa for new tenants often ask us to remove left-behind furniture, garden clutter and broken appliances so the property can be shown. We work through the house room by room and recycle metal, wood and electronics whenever possible, keeping what reaches landfill to a minimum. If the garden has been neglected, we can also remove dead shrubs, broken paving offcuts and old irrigation hose while the crew is there.
